Hello, Since one of my main goals in joining here is to get my strength back (seriously, I can't carry a 5lb purse for longer than a couple of hours without it hurting, a year of being almost completely bedridden on steroids plus withdrawal will do that I guess), I'm hoping to get help figuring out a strength workout! I've tried the beginner body weight workout but any other suggestions? (I have access to simple handweights, an exercise mat, resistance bands, and a pull-up bar, but no space for anything else) Also, any tips on exercises to help with bone health, especially ones that can be fit into the strength training? Since my platelets are always seriously low, I thought improving my bone health might help a bit with marrow and platelet production, which would make my doctors willing to okay me for more strenuous workouts as well Please Help. I didn't find the right solution from the internet. References: www.myfitnessstudio.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?969-Workout-for-strength-training-plus-bone-healthWhiteboard Explainer Video
